Question on the Contract Notice 2015/S 146-268336
Please clarify if the deadline of 14 September is actually valid for both - offers and requests to participate, as indicated in the Contract Notice. Considering that, in the first case there is an assessment of our requirements and of the the offer simultaneously, while in the second case what would be then the delivery date of the tender?

The deadline of 14 September specified in the Contract Notice is the deadline to submit the technical and financial offer and any other documents required. The request to participate in the procedure is equivalent with the submission of the offer and of the documents requested.
