Where is it possible to find the Contract Notice and the templates of the administrative documents to be submitted?

On the site ‘'Ted - eTendering' please go to section ‘TED’. At the top, almost centrally there is a link (https://etendering.ted.europa.eu/cft/cft-display.html?cftId=977), opening the section "Data", at the bottom you may find the number of the Contract Notice (Contract Notice 2015/S 146-268336). To access the Contract Notice is needed to click on the number of the Contract Notice. Close to the section "Data" it can be found the section "Document library" under which are loaded all the documents needed: Technical Specifications, Administrative Annex, draft contract and other documents related to the procurement procedure.
