Question	For the avoidance of doubt, can you confirm that, based on the conditions described in section 2.2, economic operators in the United Kingdom are eligible to submit a tender?
Answer	05/08/2021 Dear Sir/Madam, thank you for your question. Taking into consideration the section 2.2. of the Tender Specification and the fact that the United Kingdom is party of the Agreement on Government Procurement (concluded within WTO) from the 1st January of 2021, we confirm that the participation in this call for tenders is also open to economic operators established in the United Kingdom.
