Dear Madam/ Sir, when clicking on "Submit a Tender" we are rediretcted to "Ecas....", but nothing happens. We get the message: You are now logged in to EU Login. You are being redirected to OPSYS eSubmission front-office UI... Will this be activated at ECAS at a later stage, or is the site encountering some problems ? Thank you very much for your reply.
