Technical specifications describe that "The ULT freezer must have ergonomic 7'' full touch screen, self- diagnostic function, automatic data recording, storage management function" The device we want to offer has a digital push-button screen and it does not make a significant difference in terms of use. When the technical specification is considered as a whole, in order to offer for the tender, we kindly request that the specification be changed as follows. "The ULT freezer must have ergonomic 7'' full touch screen, self- diagnostic function, automatic data recording, storage management function OR digital push-button"
