1. Could you please confirm if the documents that must be signed by the partners (joint tender) are just those 3? - Declaration on Honour - Power of Attorney - Commitment Letter 2. Could you please confirm that the documents to be signed can be submitted with either digital OR (as opposed to AND) handwritten signature? 3. Could you please clarify what can be considered as an official digital signature? 4. Could you please confirm that all the hand-signed documents must have a scanned copy attached to the eSubmission offer as well as an original document sent to the contracting authorities' address?

1. The documents that must be signed by the partners are indicated in Annex 1 of the TS 2. Instructions on how to submit a tender and signature requirements are indicated in section 1 of the ITT 3. A qualified electronic signature is an electronic signature that is compliant with EU Regulation No 910/2014 (eIDAS Regulation) for electronic transactions within the internal European market. Where a document needs to be signed, the signature must be either hand-written or a qualified electronic signature as defined in Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market (the eIDAS Regulation).
