Question	Based on Annex 1, we understand that subcontractors that are NOT identified subcontractors (i.e. they do NOT contribute to the selection criteria and are NOT expected to have a share of the contract above 20%) are NOT required to submit neither the Commitment Letter nor the Declaration on honour. Are we correct?
