Question about timelines
In the document “technical specification” on page 10 section 4 paragraph 1, it specifies that the delivery of the battery storage system should not exceed 5 months from the last signature of the contract. During this period, the offered system should be delivered, installed, tested and put into service. Subsequently in point 2, it is specified that the delivery of the on-site storage system shall not exceed 2 months from the last signature of the contract. Given the ability of the task, storage system lithium batteries 0,45 MWh, only for the production of the batteries ,several months of production time are required. The same applies to the other equipment required for the system. It is therefore difficult to deliver the supplies without a penalty. It is in our interest to see whether it is possible to rule out the request made in paragraph two, that is, delivery of the supplies within 2 months from the last signature of the contract or modify this deadline by extending it to 4 months or more. Would this be possible?

For both lots: Following a review of the technical specifications, we inform you that the delivery time is modified from 2 months to 3 months. The following paragraph of the Annex I Tender specifications is modified as follows: "Delivery of the battery storage system for smart grid operations must be done within 3 months from the date of the signature of the contract by the last party". An updated version of the Annex I - Tender specifications is uploaded.
