Subject	Specification request concerning the point 1.4.2.4 at page 14 of the technical specification
Question	At page 14 of the tender specification it is stated that "A minimum of Three graphic themes are to be proposed to DG GROWTH and EASME. all copyrights and source data/files (high resolution for printing as well as low resolution versions for email signatures etc.) have to be transferred to EASME at the moment of the proposal.” Does it mean that the 3 graphic themes need to be presented together with the offer and that EASME could use one of the graphic theme even if the proposing contractor has not been selected?
Answer	08/09/2015 The graphic themes do not need to be presented with the offer.
