Subject	Proof of registration
Question	In the Tender Specifications document it says on page 18 "All tenderers must provide proof of registration, as prescribed in their country of establishment, in one of the professional or trade registers, or provide a declaration or certificate", yet on page 19 it is stated "In case of joint tender, the supporting evidence requested will only be submitted by the consortium member designated as lead contractor". So does that supporting evidence need to be submitted for each consortium partner or only for the lead consortium partner?
Answer	08/09/2015 The supporting evidence should be provided only the lead consortium partner.
