As per legal requirements: "The tenderer is asked to prove that is authorised to perform the contract under the national law." Could you please confirm that you are referring to polish law? Thank you

The national law of the country of the tenderer's place of registration is meant. For example, for a Greek company the authorisation shall be issued under the Greek law. Only tenderers registered in Poland shall need to prove the authorisation under the Polish law.
