Task 6: Accommodation
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, we are wondering about the conference organisation. The specifications state that all arrangements will be managed by the Contractor who also incurs all cost. Accommodation is mentioned there. Do you expect the Contractor to provide overnight accommodation for all conference participants at his cost? Thank you very much!
