Please kindly confirm that the CVs to be included in the technical proposal the template from 1.1. CV - Personnel Submission Form. If so, please confirm that the section "Level of qualification" in the CV template can be removed, as it does not link to any of the section in the profiles.

The prescribed template from Appendix 2 to the TOR shall be used (1.1. CV - Personnel Submission Form). Indeed, the field "Level of qualification" is redundant and can be removed.
