Part 1: Administrative Specifications Criterion T3
Criterion T3 requests the following minimum level of capacity: (a) At least 2 similar projects completed in the last three years preceding the tender submission deadline, with an overall value of EUR 500.000,00; and (b) At least 3 online or physical events facilitated / animated in the last three years preceding the tender submission deadline with more than 70 participants and, every year, 5 online or physical events between 20 and 100 participants. 1) for sub-criterion (a), are tenderers allowed to present projects that started before the indicated timeline but that have been invoiced and completed in full in the last three years preceding the tender submission deadline? 2) for sub-criterion (b), do we understand correctly that tenderers are expected to present 5 online or physical events between 20 and 100 participants facilitated/animated in 2019, in 2020 and in 2021 (15 events in total) in addition to the 3 online or physical events facilitated / animated in the last three years preceding the tender submission deadline with more than 70 participants? Therefore for sub-criterion (b), do we understand correctly that tenderers are expected to present at total of 15 + 3 = 18 events in total? Thank you.
