Opening of the tenders
Question
According to the contract notice document, tenders will be opened on September 11. The exact time has not been specified yet. As each tenderer may designate one representative to be present at the opening, we would like to take advantage of this opportunity. What are the procedures for the tenderer to let DG Justice know who this individual will be on behalf of the tenderer, and when will the exact time of the opening of tenders be announced?

Please refer to paragraph 3. of the invitation letter which states as follows: "3. Opening of the tenders: The opening of received electronic tenders will take place on 11/09/2015 at 10:30 in the Commission premises located at 59 Rue Montoyer, 1040 Brussels, Belgium. One authorised representative of each tenderer may attend the opening of the tenders. Tenderers who plan to attend the opening session must notify their intention by sending an e-mail at least 2 working days in advance to the following address: JUST-A4-CFT@ec.europa.eu"
