In the financial proposal template, the title states: “Provision of services related to EUROSUR business consultancy - Time & Means”.
Question
Can you please verify that the volumes estimated in the tables are only T&M? If so, based on responses to other Q&As (Q#5 and Q#10), can we assume that this volume is only 30% of the full estimated contract volume? Or should we assume that the volume estimations provided are for the entire contract (FP and T&M)?

The reference to Time & Means in the Financial proposal is made by mistake and it should be deleted. The previous replies are valid and the FWC shall be predominantly implemented by fixed price specific contracts, with individual requests for services providing detailed information in relation to each assignment. The Financial proposal shall be completed with binding maximum prices and it shall cover 100% of the estimated FWC.
