Evidence to the CVs
Appendix 1 reads that the evidence concerning the education and/or professional qualification/or certification mentioned in any CV must be enclosed if it refers to a formal requirement. Given that all CVs needs to be anonymized, it seems unnecessary and excessive to submit all these documents. They will all be heavily redacted to anonymize them and thus won’t provide any new information compared to the CV. Could the contracting authority please consider waiving this requirement?

The requirement for supporting documents (diplomas and certificates, as applicable) shall be retained. The redaction shall be limited to personal data (names).
