ANNEX III – SUB-CONTRACTORS DECLARATION
Can you clarify the request "Letterhead of the sub-contractor or other entity on whose resources to rely". - do you need more subcontractor data (also for freelance consultants) than the data requested in the table on this form? If yes, can you specify which data you need as minimum? - Do we need to print this form on the company paper of the subcontractor? If yes, is this not required for a self-employed / freelance consultants that doesn't have it's own company paper?

Only the data indicated in the table on the Sub-contractor’s declaration form are essential. The tenderers may insert e.g. a logo of the sub-contractor if available. For any additional information related to subcontracting, please refer to section 1.6.
