Which key stakeholders are supposed to use the Risk Assessment Tool in the long term? How many users do you expect to use the Risk Assessment Tool? Is the Risk Assessment Tool to be used by internal users only, or will external users be considered as well? Is this project dependent on others? Are other projects dependent on this one?

Today the RAT is envisaged to be used internally only. However, European National Aviation Authorities may also be interested to use it, this shall be defined and agreed at a later stage.
