Format of the financial proposal
Section 4.2.5 of the terms of reference specifies format to formulate the financial proposal. Can lines of the proposed table for the financial proposal be amended by changing using different names of categories of experts, expanding the line of "other costs", etc.? We understand it is recommended form which can be adapted to the needs of the proposal.

Table in section 4.2.5 suggests possible human resources categories. Different names of categories of experts may be submitted. The category 'other costs' must detail the different items considered as necessary for the correct execution of the tasks.
