CV Forms, and the requirement to provide Personal Information (names & dates of birth)
To our understanding, providing Personal Information (named CV’s) or allowing selection of our resources by any customer, is in contradiction to the Belgian Labour Law - except for interim companies. Can you please provide the legal basis for your request so we can honour your requirements? Thank you.

The processing of personal data by the European Commission is necessary when managing award procedures (procurement, grants, experts) and managing the execution of contracts (procurement, experts) and the implementation of agreements (grants) concluded during the procedures to assess whether you have the capacity to propose a team with the required profiles. CVs will not be used to do a selection of your resources and will be processed pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 of 23 October 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data by the Union institutions, bodies, offices and agencies.
