Whereas the Commission is, as a general rule, exempt from all taxes and duties (including VAT) (see article I.4.2 and article II.14.4 of the draft contract), and as consequence it is not registered for VAT purpose. For specific purposes JRC has in Italy a fiscal code: 80423250580.
