Tech & prof capacity – criterion 2
In tender specifications, section 4.3.3., tech & prof capacity, criterion 2 is said that “contracting authority reserves option to check extracts of relevant contracts and statements issued by the clients”. Our understanding is that (A) copy of the contracts signed with the clients (excluding sensitive information) would be accepted as “extracts of relevant contracts” and (B) the statements issued by the client that ESMA is expecting are statements including generic info of the contract such as: client name, project name, start and end date, description of the tasks performed and clients signature, etc. Please confirm that any of the options mentioned above (A) or (B) would be accepted by ESMA.

Both options would be accepted by ESMA as long as those documents contain all information necessary for verification of references.
