Question	At page 30 of the Tender Specifications it reads "A price average rate of each tender shall be calculated as follows: Total of all prices for all profiles in all cells for three locations (Standard all levels, Non-Standard all levels) / Number of price cells = Profile average rate of the tender". Can you please clarify if this means that the off-site price is not taken in consideration?
Answer	01/02/2022 Off-site prices are taken into consideration. Clarified in the new version of tender specifications that will be published tomorrow.
