4.3.3 Technical and Professional capacity
While we can provide evidence of 240 FTE in T&M over 3 years for criterion 1, for criterion 2 how should we present evidence for criterion 2 with respect to the 12 out of 16 profiles given that for 1 FTE often there are only SC of 110 to 220 days created by the EU entities that request giving a minimum of 3 or maximum of 6 SC per FTE / profile, should we assume that multiple FTE per profile should be referenced to ensure there is evidence of at least 10 assignments per profile.
