Can the Authority explain how their staff are currently accessing their on-premises or hybrid apps when outside their premises (home working or travelling), and if the tenderer could re-use these methods

The contracting authority shall put in place a site2site VPN with the tenderer and provide either a Terminal Server or a Virtual Desktop as specified in section 5.2.1 of the tender specs. As an exception the contracting authority may provide a laptop to the remote worker. The laptop will come with a VPN incorporated.
