Technical and professional capacity
According to criterion T1, the tenderer must prove its experience providing references for at least 10 events from the last 3 years. Considering that 2 out of the last 3 years were "covid years" and it has been possible to organize a very limited number of in-person events due to the pandemic, we are asking the possibility to consider the last 3 years before the pandimic (i.e. 2017, 2018 and 2019). This could be important to allow the largest number of competitors to cover especially category 2 (events with more than 100 participants in Malta and/or in the Maltese Islands).

The requirement is in line with Section 20.2 of Annex I of the EU Financial Regulation. Therefore, you are allowed to submit all 10 references from the three years preceding the submission deadline.
