Request for extension of the submission deadline.
Question
Due to an exceptionally high volume of Calls for Tender in the first quarter, the specialist capacity available to respond to this call 2022.HVP.04 is insufficient to be able to meet the submission deadline with high quality. Therefore, we would like to kindly request an extension of the submission deadline by 4 weeks.

EASA has considered the requests received to extend the duration allocated to reply to the tender in order to allow for more time to prepare solid offers. On the other hand, EASA has to consider other deadlines and constraints to support its stakeholders. Based on this, the Agency will extend the deadline to submit the offers by 3 weeks. Hence the new deadline for submission will be 20 May 2022, 12:00h. This information will be published on the Official Journal in the coming days.
